Christ & Bil's Consulting SARL is a company under Cameroonian law, registered with the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register of Yaoundé and duly registered with the Cameroonian tax administration. The Firm is administratively and fiscally compliant, as evidenced by its valid tax compliance and registration certificates.
In accordance with its articles of association and its Trade Register filing, the Firm's corporate purpose covers, in Cameroon and abroad, a broad range of activities in consulting, digital technology, telecommunications, training and services to organisations.

Governance & Leadership
The Firm is managed by a sole director, assisted by a board of two associates. Governance relies on collegial decision-making for all strategic matters, in accordance with the company's articles of association. The Chief Executive Officer holds the broadest powers to act on behalf of the Firm within the limits of its corporate purpose, and may be assisted, when required, by associates or external experts with proven expertise in the Firm's fields of activity.
